Have you noticed the new hybrid culture all around us may have made us all introverts? It’s really important that our work has boundaries and even more important when we are in a time where most people are doing their work and of three other people, that they remain in connection with others.
There is one person in our circle who really illustrates this point, she calls to discuss a problem that she is solving and she is open to that connection, allowing others in and creating community amongst a busy agenda. This is a reality that people are feeling like they are in boxes and anything where you can make a change to the way you show up at work or business will definitely have a lasting effect.
